Refund Policy for Reve 2.0 AI
Thank you for choosing Reve 2.0 AI ("we," "us," or "our"). If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the refund terms below.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- The purchase must be associated with a valid Reve 2.0 AI account and include enough order information for us to review it.
- The plan, subscription, or credit purchase must be unused or substantially unused where applicable.
- We may decline refunds for accounts that violate our Terms of Service, abuse generation resources, or submit fraudulent payment information.
Please note: Credits that have already been consumed for successful image generations or editing jobs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@reve2img.com and include:
- Your account email address
- Your order or payment reference
- The reason for the refund request
Review and Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the initial payment amount.
